If you will
be emailing documents or pictures to us, please
adhere to these formats.
Picture files:
jpg / jpeg or
png or
tiff
Do
not send pictures in a MS Word / Powerpoint /
Publisher document as the picture quality will be
greatly reduced.
For the highest possible quality, do not use
pictures taken from sites such as Facebook,
Instagram, etc.,
as these tend to be low resolution and low quality
files.
If you use an Apple computer,
.heic files should be converted to
.jpg before you send
them.
Text files:
MS Word, Text file (.txt), or
Acrobat file (with selectable text)
Text can
also be sent in the body of an email message.
Text should selectable, meaning that it can be
copied and pasted.
If you use an Apple computer,
.pages files should be converted to
.txt files before you
send them.
If emailing multiple files, they can be emailed as a
compressed .rar or
.zip file.
If using a service like Google Drive, make certain
that the link you email to us is not secured
(doesn't require a login.)
Please do not use a cell phone to take a picture of
a printed or framed picture.
Hard copies of photos should be scanned.
